Our Work
I work with gifted and creative individuals plagued by an absence of meaning - an inability to engage fully in life. I act as a transformative bridge between your invisible, interior world and your conscious understanding. This work is an invitation to cultivate meaningful engagement by diving below your conscious awareness to deep and abiding truths of your essence.
In our work together, we discern the patterns and wisdom of your process, putting words to that which remains invisible to most practitioners. This work is a powerful and efficient tool for those who find that, even in therapy, there are places that they can not reach, mysteries they can not unravel, and information they can not access.
Clients comment that they feel completely accepted in our work. They find that they quickly come to trust my intention and purity of heart. As we discover your most deeply held and hidden fears or misunderstandings, those places that have never been acknowledged feel safe to express themselves.
The Nature of the Work
I call my work with people Insight Dynamics. The work is founded upon the observation that when you are ready, the only thing that is truly transformative is to have access to the deepest truths of your being. Our work is not about the ego’s agenda. Rather, I act as an advocate for your soul’s calling. The call to attend often comes in the form of discomfort that can not be ignored.
Insight Dynamics refers to a transformative process whereby the act of having previously invisible themes or internal experiences identified and given words allows for a profound inner reorientation. The work is as unique as each individual’s interior world.
Insight Dynamics offers a vocabulary for, and insights into, soul level truths that have remained unavailable until now. Instead of focusing on what you want to achieve, we attend to the place below the mental and emotional realms - to your core truths. We identify the camouflage of the mental habits that prevent you from knowing and trusting your essence.
The identification of deep truths allows for a realignment that the conscious self can not achieve, nor even envision. Often, it is the act of naming what has never been imagined or allowed, that allows a creative and evolving individual to find his or her way to authentic expression.
The Shape of Our Work Together
I assist you in untangling the knots of attachment to the culture that prevent you from the expression of your authentic self. Through this process you learn how to have access to your deepest levels of your experience - the place of meaning. Within the first session the power of the work should be apparent.
As I decipher the intricate themes of your emotional, mental, energetic, spiritual and physical experience, I verbalize these themes in a manner that resonates with your unique way of processing information.
We create a vocabulary for your interior experience so that you can articulate the nature of your perceptions and how they differ from the perceptions of those in the world around you.
We explore the mental, emotional, spiritual, energetic habits and beliefs that sustain and discourage meaningful engagement with the world. Together we identify and clear subtle blocks to your alignment.
I act as an advocate for you as you gain the conviction in the value of your gifts. Together we map the landscape that is inherently your home - the realms of your subtle awareness.

All of our work is conducted over the telephone. This allows you to do the work in your own home, at times that are convenient for you. I also offer site visits - for sensitives seeking to clarify sources of unease in their home or work environments.
Sessions are billed by the hour and by the quarter hour.
